The Komori Group's Code of Corporate Conduct

Therefore, in developing the business based on the principles stated below, the Komori Group respects human rights both inside and outside of Japan, and observes all the relevant laws and international rules and their spirit. We will act toward the creation of a society that has high ethical standards and enables sustainable growth.
Respond to the needs of customers on a global basis and deliver Kando by ensuring customer satisfaction and trust through reliable and high-quality items, technologies and services.
Conduct fair, transparent, free competition and appropriate transactions. Also, maintain a sound and normal relationship with governmental and administrative bodies.
Communicate widely with customers, people from the local communities, shareholders, etc. and disclose corporate information positively and fairly. Also, carry out thorough protection and management of various information including personal information and customer information.
Respect the diversity, character, personality of employees. And maintain and improve workplaces that can demonstrate their abilities and a safe, healthy and easy-to-work environment.

When a situation contrary to this Code of Corporate Conduct occurs, the top executive will clarify its stance of solving the problem both internal and external, and try to investigate the cause and prevent recurrence.
In addition, the top management will promptly and accurately disclose information to the public and achieve accountability, clarify authority and responsibility, and take strict disciplinary action against the person involved including the top management.
